End User License keeps showing up, presets and world's deleted

(Xbox One S) Every time DST is opened today and I select my profile, the End User License Agreement shows up and asks me to accept again. After accepting and logging in, all item and character skins are removed, as well as my saved presets(the skins are still unlocked in my wardrobe and belongings, luckily). However, there's also the issue that EVERY world I have made was deleted and even after making a new world, logging off, opening the game and re accepting the EULA, the world is deleted. (Also, leaving world's or clicking Log out causes an infinite loading screen, meaning I have to close the game to leave a world) This only happens to my account, not any other on my console.

Steps to Reproduce

I have asked quite a few of my friends but they haven't had this issue at all. I'm not sure what triggered the constant reappearance of the EULA every log in, but I can't find a way to stop it from happening. Restarting console or reinstalling the game doesn't change anything.

User Feedback

Full week later, nothing has changed on my end. Still entirely unable to have my own consistent world :/ I don't know what to try now, I think can really only wait for a fix eventually until I start playing again

This affected me and my wife back when the PS5 version released. We were excited to get back into DST, but quickly found her characters getting deleted quite frequently in correspondence with the EULA randomly reappearing and forcing her to agree or disagree again. No matter her choice, ther characters in any world I am hosting for us to play is deleted.

We have actually played DST on PS4 for years, and had taken a break, but never had any issues. This issue only began with the PS5 version, and seems to be isolated to it.

We took a break again for several months, and just started playing again with the release of the year of the horse event. Hoping that with some time the issue had been resolved but only a few days after the event release and us returning, she is greeted with the EULA, to which we just closed the game, and shutdown the console because we know where this goes.

In case it helps identify:

PS5

Splitscreen, her being the second account

Feb 16 is the most recent occurrence.

Other notes - She seems to be able to log in to the game PS4/5 versions with her account as host and is not confronted with the EULA even when she was just presented it as she tried to login for splitscreen. Moving back to split screen, the EULA will show up again. So it appears mostly tied to split screen, or coop maybe.

Previously we have tried, shutting the game app manually, after logging out of a world. Waiting for the auto save cycle to complete.

We have also attempted to give the game upwards of 15 minutes after disconnecting before closing it, with no change to outcome.

It's pretty much a nonstarter for us to play the game because if we work on anything there is no gaurantee that it will be there. All her progress is lost to include her inventory, and any blue prints or prototypes she has learned. This means all food, equipment. Character exclusive items, etc. are lost if she is holding them. And even if we had her drop her entire inventory to secure it before logging out, she'd lose all blue prints, and all prototypes she had built up. When trying to progress through Ruins/Lunar Island/endgame content, starting out every login as a day 1 character is catastrophic because you can't proceed until you prepare again, and if you log out, you might just lose it all again.
