Elding Spear doesn't recharge

When I hit a target with the charged attack of elding spear, it doesn't repair any durability. This is weird because I used it successfully in beta and I didn't see changes made to it, and the skill description still seems to match.

Steps to Reproduce

Unlock Elding Spear Enhancement I in Wigfrid skill tree. 

Hit target with special attack of a low durability Elding spear.

No recharging happens to durability.

Normal elding spear can't be repaired. Only elding spear charged with restrained static can be repaired.

In order to make and equip the charged elding spear you also need to master Elding Spear Enhancement II.

I have the same issue! I believe it did repair itself on the special attack when I first crafted it. But now it just doesn't.

Did you figure out anything about that?
