DST preferred display refresh rate not updating

This is extremely annoying as I have a monitor who's resolution is supported, but I am unable to apply its refresh rate, making it so that tabbing out of the game forces me to wait for the monitor to apply the changes, and also prevents me from playing the game with a high refresh rate. Klei please fix :(

Steps to Reproduce

Open DST, go to settings, and attempt to change the refresh rate off. After clicking apply changes, the game just doesn't apply the new refresh rate when looking back at settings, and instead keeps the rate at 59 hertz.

This bug occurs for long time even if you changed it would not work.

You can change it by going into

"Documents/Klei/DoNotStarveTogether/yourid"

Open client.ini

Change refresh_rate to any number from 30-60

 

Setting it above 60 will not do a thing the game is locked to 60
