DST does not show my items.

DST does not show my items. I have skins for characters and items in my steam inventory but in DST I do not have anything in my collection. 
When I play the game in The Gorge and finish it, it shows me my current level, but when I'm in my collection of items, I have level 1. Please help.

 

Steps to Reproduce
When the first time for the first time down to everything was working for me but suddenly I got a crash then this error occurred. I restarted the file and made files consistency.

Sounds like you had some internet connection problems with connecting to our item servers. Glad to hear it's working again.
