Dreadstone helmet does not get repaired when followers wear it.

I know this might be intended but it would be fun to give one to all my merms.

Put hat on friend.

This is not a bug. Only the players have the sanity component, which is required for repairing dreadstone armour set.

This happens to other sanity related items too, if the wearer has no sanity then the items have no effect.
