I've notice long time ago that the Disable Mods button is broken.
Whenever one presses it the game gets into soft locked state.
Main menu will no longer play the animated menu and attempting to load into game will load untill you are stuck on the loading screen with no response until you attempt to do this using a keybind.
The part of video where the game fixes itself is me pressing F5 which i have the command bound to.

Steps to Reproduce
Attempt to crash game with mod enabled or c_forcecrash() with a mod enabled then proceed to observe soft locked game.
