Depth Worms have the animation states for being Frozen, but despite this, they don't seem to actually be freezable to any degree in-game.
They stick out as one of the few mobs in the caves that are unable to be frozen.
Steps to Reproduce
Attempt to freeze a Depth Worm using an ice staff.
Notice it won't freeze.
Depth worms stick out as one of the weird exceptions to being put to sleep and frozen.
