Dedicated Server Failed to Start

Anytime I try to host or make a new map I get this message.

-I have tried deleting the game and re-downloading it.

-Made sure my anti-virus was not blocking it.

-Made sure Windows was not blocking it.

-Everything is updated from windows to graphics cards.

-Turning off all MODS.

 

Can you please help so I may play the game again?

Steps to Reproduce

I do not know how to do this.

Go to bugs

please disabled all most and then verify the game files via Steam.
please double check your anti-virus is allowing exes in \bin\ and \bin64\

If the issue remains then please attach your master and caves server_log.txt files
