Dedicated Server Failed to Start

A few hours ago my new server crashed when entering the caves. Upon relaunch I have been unable to start ANY servers, new or old. Things I have tried to correct the problem

All steps listed on the following page: https://support.klei.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407489414548-Getting-a-Dedicated-Server-Failed-To-Start-Error-Message including disabling ALL mods
Turning off all anti-virus programs
Uninstalling and reinstalling DST
Changing the save file location for DST
Starting DST as administrator
Disabling OneDrive Sync
Restarting my PC

I have attached my log file.

Steps to Reproduce

Try and start any server, saved or new.
