Dedicated server failed to start

I can't resume any of my worlds. It just says 'there was some sort of trouble starting the server''. Tried creating new worlds WITHOUT caves and remove ALL mods from game directory but nothing works.

Steps to Reproduce

Try to resume world as host

Go to bugs

Would you be able to provide the master and caves server log files for the world that would not start up?

The client_log provided says the game is running version 466644. Please verify your game files via steam and try again.
