Dedicated server failed to start

The night before the Troubled Waters patch, i could play as usual (with caves) but after the patch I can't start any world or create it, but when I take the caves out I can play normal
I have reinstalled 3 times without mods and I cannot create a world with caves
This is stressful, can someone help me?
(My english is bad, sorry)

I'm having the EXACT SAME problem since the Troubled Waters update and would really appreciate any help or ideas. After a few seconds of launching, exactly your screenshot message shows up and I also tried restarting, removing mods and creating new worlds (with caves), it only seems to work without caves now. What also confuses me is the mentioning of the Dedicated Server. I honestly don't really know what exactly the Dedicated Server is but since I was told you have to set it up manually, which I definitly didn't, I don't get why the game is trying to start a Dedicated Server I never had.
