Dedicated Server doesn't show up in the LAN-Filter

My own local dedicated server on my PC doesn't show up in the LAN Filter.

It worked perfect for the last years until one of the latest updates.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Host a local dedicated server

2) Set the "Browse Games" Filter to "LAN"

3) Game doesn't show up.
