Deck Illuminator layering issue

Deck Illuminator gets layered under the basic mast.

Steps to Reproduce

Place a mast on a boat (in this case I used the crab king skin).

Place a deck illuminator on the mast (in this case I used the shellbound skin)

May need to rotate the camera or lower/raise the sail to trigger the glitch.
