Custom oar power

Oars can't be given a force stronger than ~3 (components.oar.force = 3)

any higher the boat goes haywire and behaves erratically. Even at 3 it sometimes goes the opposite direction of which you rowed to.

I would like the physics rectified to remove such hard limit.
