When I say cuff, I pretty much mean anything connected to a hand/glove that isn't directly the hand itself (EX: the long part of a long glove)
To demonstrate: here's Wortox preforming the standard handcuff escape trick
now you see them... Now you don't!
Note: this only applies to cuffs connected to the hands, not the arms. As seen here with this much less magical demonstration:

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
