crawling horror instead of terror claw

i was sailing with low sanity when i notice a crawling horror that spawned near the giant waterlogged trees (not sure if related). The next shadow that spawned was a terror claw as usually, just happend with this one, not sure if was because i was close to land (the waterlogged biome is just one screen from land)
