As described in the title, logs provided below. NOTE: log is from a modded server, DST United States Endless 3 (Monthly), but the mods appear to have no impact / difference in the crash, having created the mods myself.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Launch server with Winter's Feast enabled
2. Build a Winter's Feast Tree Planter.
3. Plant a Winter's Feast Tree
4. Predicting when it will grow to its next phase, light it on fire right before it grows
