Construction Site doesn't display item names

I guess we cannot exactly label this as a bug but more an inconsistency or oopsie.

But simply put in other cases, items will display their names when hovered: in inventory / container tiles, in crafts, but not in the construction site slots.

That came to my attention as I was currently adding a few of them in mods, in which certain items might not be especially known to some of players so I'd wish they could look them up easily.
