chirpy capelet&cloak texture symmetry problem

As the images shown, in one of character idle animations(in which characters face the player and stand passively by after moving downward)chirpy capelet&cloak textures are being displayed in a similar asymmetrically way that they fully covers only one's left arm(right side) but not right arm(left side), this can be observed more clearly if hand skins're applied. I believe the effect seems out of tune in some ways aesthetically so I question it being a display bug or not.

Steps to Reproduce

obvious. Put on Chirpy capelet&cloak items. Operate the character to move downward and notice how the two arms of characters got covered up in one of the universal idle animations (standing idling by). The right arm can be majorly uncovered while the left arm being mostly under cover.
