Chewing animation gets "stuck"

Well... Not sure if it's my connection, or something, but... Sometimes, when my character chews their food, they get stuck in the "chewing animation" which renders the whole character completely immobile, for a few seconds. It's quite annoying. I've noticed this in the past, too. Surely it's not mods.
