Centipede husks lack collision box

When centipede is in deactivated state, it can't collide with players and they can walk through as if it wasn't there unlike alive version.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Encounter deactivated centipede (e.g. husk).

2. Notice that you can walk through it as if it was on a different plane of existence.
