Can't wear skins from trick-or-treat gift chest

I've got walter buzzy skins from trick-or-treat treasury chest.

But I can't wear those skins in the wardrobe. looks like I haven't got skins.

I turned off and on the game client, they're still same.

Steps to Reproduce

1. I opened the trick-or-treat treasury chest.

2. I've got buzzy skins for walter.

3. I couldn't wear those skins in the wardrobe section. and those skins icons are disabled, so I can't click them.

Check if you have any filters on. The skins you're showing in the screenshot are different rarity than the ones you received- look at the background color of the icon.
