Cant walk over broken grass walls

I break the wall but i cannot walk over it like ive seen in many videos.

Steps to Reproduce
Break a wall and try to walk over it.
Go to bugs

please disable any mods you are using and then verify your game files via Steam. If the issue does not resolve itself, then please attach your client_lot.txt.
