As the title says, Winona can't use her Calibrated Perceiver to learn the recipe for Purple Gems. I'm guessing the game thinks it's purely a Wilson craft?
Steps to Reproduce
- Play Winona with the Founder's Keepers I skill
- Obtain a Calibrated Perceiver and a Purple Gem
- Attempt to use the perceiver on the gem
