Can't use my halloween costumes skins?

Well i got some halloween costumes skins and i wanted to try 'em but when i was looking for them :

it was in my collection but they are not disponible when i want to wear 'em

(sorry for bad english :p)

Steps to Reproduce
Have halloween skins
Go to bugs

Perhaps you were playing in an offline server? You can only access your skins in-game for online servers.
