Can't put celestial altar base or celestial sanctum icon on fissure

I can't put celestial altar base or celestial sanctum icon on the celestial fissure, there's no prompt to do that. Screenshot of scene attached.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. pickup celestial altar base
  2. try to put it in fissure
  3. can't put in

i did successfully put it in when the celestial island update come out, but then after forgotten knowledge update come i tried to put in celestial sanctum icon with no success, and then i tried hammering the celestial altar to see whether repositioning of the altar works, the result is that currently i can't put both in.
