Can't join friend's world PS4

I'm not able to join any world since the update, and my friend can't join mine. It says "Connecting..." for a really long time and then boots me back out to the home screen. Help!

Steps to Reproduce

I logged on to DST on PS4 and went to "Browse Games." I selected the game I wanted to join, and it started connecting me. Then it booted me back to the main menu. I have restarted the gane and my PS4, tried it with different settings, and I still cannot join a multiplayer game.

I have the same problem with friends after the last update. Any attempt to join throws you back to the main menu.

UPDATE: You should now be able to join your friends' games through the browser, so you can play together again. You will need to restart the game before it starts working again.

Joining an invitation is still broken, as is joining a dedicated server. I'm looking into those and we'll get you a fix ASAP.
