Can't host server or use mods

So i just got windows 10 and reinstalled DST. Whenever i click host or mods the screen turns black and crashes. I have verified the integrity of the game files twice. Any soloutions? Thanks! :)

EDIT: Guess it was a one time bug, works now. Problem solved.

Install windows 10, reinstall steam, reinstall DST, and click host or mods, the screen turns black and crashes.
