Can't get gifts

Hello. Like i know, i can get 4 gifts every week and it's restarting at tuesday. I have a problem, that i had only 4 gifts and now i can't get more. What i should to do, to get them again? (playing more than 1-3h /day)....

You'll want to make sure that you're playing on an online world. Also, can you post your client_log.txt after you've been playing for 10+ minutes and I'll take a look to see if your account is correct.
