You can't dig or place turf under the Beefalo show poles. The other structures allow you to dig and place turf under them, but for some reason, those don't.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Build Year of the Beefalo show area
2) Attempt to dig or place turf under the poles
3) Fail 
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
