Can't connect 2 the Klei servers

When i'm launching DST i cant play online, coz everytime i see message "Couldn't connect to Klei servers". Is it coz of i'm living in Crimea?

Steps to Reproduce
1) Launch DST 2) Press "Play"
Go to bugs
