Cannot use Wanda skin

After opening haloween chest i got Wanda skin, they appear in both my steam and on klei page inventories, however i cannot equip it because game somehow doesn't see it ?

Steps to Reproduce

Try to equip already unlocked clockwork Wanda costume

Go to bugs

You've got the Weaveable filter on. If you turn that off, you'll see the rest of the skins available for Wanda.
