As a ghost you cannot haunt the mishhapen birds from the protect the Wagstaff minigame in the eye of the storm update. Not sure if this is a bug or done for gameplay reasons but considering you can haunt other small critters to my mind you should be able to haunt the diseased birds as well so i count it as a bug. This happens during the minigame and after the minigame has ended as well.
Steps to Reproduce
Cannot haunt the misshapen birds as a ghost.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
