Can not start CAVES on dedicated server

In my 2 different VPS all same like this, just happened yesterday, before yesterday everyday worked well.

Me too, I have this exact issue with a completely default cluster from the accounts.klei.com website. I've tried it on both a Linux Mint 21.2 machine and one running openSUSE Tumbleweed, neither works. I did notice that, on my server with mods enabled where I first discovered this issue, the message

Failed getting version check details

prints after about a minute. My dedicated_server_mods_setup.lua also dosen't appear to be working to install mods (I checked with a quick debug print that the ServerModSetup function was being called, it is), although that might be unrelated to whatever change caused this.

Same issue here. Trying to work it out with Nodecraft

Same issue. Server is also unable to download/update any mods from the workshop. Attached a log of running with mod only update option.

Same issue with caves not accessible from the overworld instance on dedicated linux server. Eventually, after some time (10 minutes or so) it did relink the entrances and we could continue playing as normal. The issue started last week, it was fine before.
Also, might not be related but something got broken with steam group association. My server is configured to be only accessible to people that are part of the steam group. But, since last week the server doesn't recognize steam group members and refuses entry to everyone so had to disable that.
