Can not raise or lower ocean trawler with a oar

It's not possible to lower or raise an ocean trawler while you have a oar in hand. 

This is confusing for players that don't know that and also pretty annoying when setting up trawlers in the ocean. Most of the time people have oars in their hand on a boat. 

Steps to Reproduce

1) Have a oar in hand

2) try to interact with the trawler

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Changed Status to Fixed

The fix for this should be in the next hotfix. Note that if you're close enough to the ocean trawler, you will be able raise/lower it with an oar in hand, but if you're too far away to be able to interact with it, the row action will take precedence.
