Hi,

Please disable all client and server mods, then close DST and Verify Integrity of Game Files via steam. 
Now with client mods disabled, start a new world (without any mods). If the issue returns, please attach your new log file. If the issue is resolved, there was probably a bug in one of the mods or multiple mods are conflicting with each other.
