When the Buffalo has bell I can't mount him, event when the buffalo is full. Also the buffalo is lifting hooves when I want to mount him, he is not hungry, he is full

Did you place a saddle on the beefalo? What food did you give it? You should be able to mount it with just a few twigs and/or a few lightbulbs if you placed a saddle on it and are carrying the bonded beefalo bell.
