Unsure if this is a bug or deliberate balance change, but in ROG the Breezy Vest provided 20% Wetness Resistance, and in DST it currently does not (though the wiki falsely claims it does)
Steps to Reproduce
1) Wear Breezy Vest and Umbrella (ought to total 110% wetness resistance) 2) Stand in rain 3) Observe player's Wetness rising, as if resistance were only at 90%

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
