When you swap between two "bounded" items via the right-click mouse button, sometimes said items ends up in another slot(or under your mouse if no slots are available) . It's rather infrequent, but it happens enough times for us to notice it. Example. Slot 1 is weapon. Hand slot is cane. Right click between the two and see that they become unbounded sometimes. (No mods were enabled.)
I think its a double mouse click that's somehow occurring, but its hard to tell. Spoiler shows what I mean.

Steps to Reproduce
Bound two items between slot one and your hand slot. Use the mouse to swap between the two items (fast clicking for faster results). Bounded items become unbounded.
