Re-report of this bug. Issue still persists with most recent update.
Boulderbough trees that grown in retrofitted fumarole biome during shadow rift will retain their normal loot table. I tested it in several worlds I had before the update and attached day 1 world screenshot for reference.
Also, offspring regrowth for boulderboughs in retrofitted fumarole doesn't seem to apply as well, which was previously reported.
1. Launch old world that didn't have fumarole biome in it during generation (world's day count or creation date don't seem to matter).
2. Proceed to visit fumarole island that spawned in caves upon launch.
3. Spawn a rift with console commands or wait for one to spawn naturally.
4. Notice how boulderboughs that grown there during rift failed to deliver their rift version of drops.
