Looks like a cosmetic bug.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Item Collection tab

2. Try out Body skins with sleeves.

3. Try out Hands skins that come with arm skins.

This is expected for Wolfgang. Sleeves can't contain his huge arms.
