Boat healthbar lingers after reviving from a Meat Effigy

If you perish on a boat and revive using a Meat Effigy on land the healthbar of the boat will still be visible.

Steps to Reproduce

Perish on a boat at sea (first and second image). Respawn on land using a Meat Effigy. The boat healthbar will still linger (third and forth image).
