No matter your sanity, Bernie doesn't activate in Lunar areas.
She's the only character locked out of a perk in said areas, and while not entirely useful due to a lack of Shadows, it still is a bummer being unable to activate Bernie to help with other fights that can take place with threats near them.
Steps to Reproduce
Try and activate Bernie in lunacy areas, regardless of sanity, full or empty, he won't come to life.
