I was catching some bees and shortly after I noticed that they simply disappeared out of my inventory.
Steps to Reproduce
I lit a beehive on fire, waited for the bees to sit down, then extinguished the hive and caught them with the bugnet. After that I destroyed the hive and switched back to a hand slot item, they disappeared instantly.
