Beefalo skin only appears when ridding on a beefalo. As soon as I get off the beefalo, it returns to its default looks (no skin).
Generate a new work without any server or client side mods.
Use c_freecrafting() to get a beefalo bell and a groomimg machine, and use c_gonext("beefalo") to teleport to a beefalo (of course it is optional to use console commands).
Feed it with twigs, bond it, hitch it to the gloom machine, and then chang its skin.
After the shadow hands animation, the beefalo still shows its default looks without any skins. However, when riding on this beefalo, the skin suddenly appears. As soon as I get off the beefalo, it returns to its default looks again, as shown in the video.
At the end of the video, I showed that it's a vanilla world without any mods installed.
