Beard Hair Rug map priority incorrect

The beard hair rug is not showing up on the map as intended. The item was designed to replace the old snakeskin rug map bug when that got patched in single player. It is supposed to be drawn onto the map first, underneath every other turf. That way it can be used for thin black lines in map turf art.

It is also missing its flavour text in the crafting window (it has no flavour text at all), which is an easter egg about the player who was famous for map turf art at the time.
