Astral Detector Not Providing Source of Light

Place an Astral Detector down, shutdown and restart the server and the Astral Detector will no longer be providing light. 

I've also included a mod by Electroely that should fix this issue until another patch is done to fix this.

Steps to Reproduce

Thank you, I thought a patch had already been sent out and that hadn't worked so thats why I posted.
