Arctic Explorer's Coat doesn't have a proper side view

The little bags on the arctic explorer's coat do not have proper side art. It makes Wanda have her skirt not change perspective, making the clothes look wrong. It does happen to have proper art when facing upwards however.

Steps to Reproduce

Wear arctic explorer's coat, move from side to side and face towards the camera, see that the skirt portion of the skin is incorrect on the side view.
