Archive/Ruins turf do not block world regrowth/planting

Most manmade/"rocky" turfs have a property that prevent things from growing on top of them in addition to preventing being able to plant on them. However, archive/all 6 of the ruins turfs do not have this property. I feel like this is partially an oversight, given how these areas normally do not have things grow on them in the biomes you find them in.

Steps to Reproduce

-Place any of the archive, normal, or imitation ruins turf.
-Grab any of the plantables. Notice how you can plant them on the turf, which is in contrast to most other manmade/rocky turfs.

User Feedback

I believe archive turf shouuuld block regrowth (I reported this and had it fixed a couple years back for a build I was doing that used it as a road in a forest) but I wouldn't be surprised if the regrowth blocking and stopping the player from planting things on it are handled separately.
