I was basing in caves near the entrance for summer, I didnt kill antlion, then I went to fight ancient gaurdian in the ruins, while mid fight I got antlion's cave in animation (when the large rocks are about to fall on your head) however it got cancelled and no large rocks fell on my head so I assumed it got cancelled because I was mid boss fight, then later when i returned to my cave base and used the cave entrance to get out (because summer has ended), then after a while (in autumn) I wanted to go back in, only to find that suddenly antlion's large rocks cave in are surrounding the entrance and some even destroyed the science machine that I built near the cave entrance (with no further warning or animation for a cave in, its like they just spawned out of nowhere), so I decided to break them and I managed to break all the large rocks except for this one large rock that fell exactly at the middle of the cave entrance, I wasnt able to reach it or even carry it, so its just stuck there. This is the first time a bug like this has happened to me, I was able to use the cave entrance just fine, but the large rock being stuck there in the middle of the cave entrance is just annoying.
In order to reproduce this glitch you are going to have to fight ancient guardian in the ruins during summer without defeating antlion, if antlion does the cave in animation (where rubble falls on your head indicating that large rocks will fall on your head) it will get cancelled since you are in the middle of a boss fight, then after finishing the boss fight and leaving the caves, entering the caves from exactly where you left will spawn antlion's cancelled cave in around that entrance and a certain large rock will be stuck in the middle of that cave entrance where the player is unable to reach.
